A location-led piece shaped through deference to the space. With access to a richly detailed chapel, the design approach focused on subtraction rather than addition, allowing the existing architecture and iconography to carry the weight of the world.

Working closely with the DOP, the space was primarily lit using candlelight, building atmosphere through repetition, rhythm and falloff. The candles became both practical light source and spatial language, guiding the eye and shaping depth within the frame.

The intention was to create an environment that feels intimate and reverent, where light becomes the architecture and atmosphere carries the narrative.
